  • Where is your showroom located ?

    Our showroom is located 10 allée de Samadet, 64600 Anglet, France. 

    We are open Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 7pm, and on Sundays by appointment (to make an appointment please call (+33) 05 59 63 59 06 or (+33) 06 99 40 48 74). 



  • What are your opening hours ?

    Our showroom in Anglet is open to the public from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm, and on Sundays by appointment.  


    You may also contact us via our website's live chat from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm, or by using the message system in the "My Traffik" section.


    Lastly, you may send us an email by writing to [email protected].

  • What do the categories "Certified" and "Certified Master" mean?

    Art Traffik is here to guide you. These are markers intended to orient you throughout our artist selection.

    All our artists are professionals and exhibit in galleries, but not all have the same "maturity" or "acknowledgement" in the small world of art... 


    "Certified Master » artists are a sure value, often having an official "rating" on the art market (sold in auction houses), exhibited in prestigious galleries, whose prices have already increased, are endorsed by experienced collectors... 


    « Certifed » artists have all the artistic qualities to be "Certified Master", and although they do not have the same recognition on the art market, they show great potential which is why we follow them closely, with the desire to help and promote them.  

  • What does "Best Artwork" mean ?

    Art Traffik is here to guide you. 


    "Best Artwork" is a selection of artworks that stand out from the other artworks of the same artist, within our selection. 


    These are artworks which have that "extra" something, marking a turning point in the artist's style, a milestone which distinguishes that artwork from his/her other artworks; whether that artist is certified master or not.


    Do not hesitate to contact us for more information. We will gladly explain to you the reason why those artworks caught our eye.

  • I want to see the artwork, in the flesh, before buying it.

    That is perfectly understandable and totally possible ! 


    Our showroom in Anglet is open to the public from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm, and on Sundays by appointment.  


    But before heading our way, we can send you more pictures of the artwork if you'd like. Simply contact us by mail : [email protected] or by clicking on the "contact us" button.


    You also have the possibility of seeing a simulation of the artwork hanging on a wall, by clicking on the "situation" button underneath the artwork's image.




  • Is the purchase solution offered to companies and self-employed professionals fiscally legal ?

    Absolutely, as long as you meet certain requirements, and we have tax audits from some our clients to prove it:

    -you must be a company director (or associate) or a self-employed professional

    -the artwork must be visible to the public you receive within your company

    -the total amount of one year's monthly instalments must be inferior to 5% of your company's turnover


    Do not hesitate to contact us should you wish to conduct a simulation. We will reply within 48 hours to let you know if you are eligible.

    Whether you're interested in one or several artworks, we will accompany you and we will take care of the rental application, free of charge!

  • What does "make an offer" mean ?

    Art Traffik wants to accompany and support its artists by helping them sell their artworks, but we also want to help you acquire the artwork you love, to hang in the comforts of your home...

    And, because we know how the magic operates, the falling in love with an artwork, and yearning to own it. This is why we want to make it possible for you to splurge on your "crush".


    For this reason, we are willing to let you make an offer (to the artist and Art Traffik) for the artwork you fell in love with.


    Art Traffik will submit your offer to the artist and will get back to you with an answer within 48 hours, in the hopes that it will be yours ! 


    Careful: making an offer does not commit you in any way and does not take the artwork off the market. Furthermore, your offer does not have priority over other offers.

  • Can I pay with instalments ?

    ABSOLUTELY, you can pay by making several instalments (up to 4), free of charge.

    In order to do so, please contact us by email [email protected] and let us know which artwork you're interested in.

    Leave us your contact information and we will gladly get back to you with a convenient payment plan, by money transfer (only).


    Attention : in order to protect the artist's interests as well as protecting us from any unpaid invoices, the artwork and its certificate of authenticity will only be given once the payment has been made in full, including the delivery fees.


  • What are the means of payment possible ?

    Any amount equal to or less than 3500 euros may be paid by credit/debit card, check, PayPal or by money transfer, safely and effectively.

    All amounts superior to 3500 euros must be paid either by money transfer or by PayPal.


    You can also pay by making instalments. Contact us and we will find the right solution for you !


    Attention: for payments of significant sums by check, Art Traffik reserves the right to relinquish the artwork only after the check has been cleared.


  • Is it possible to retrieve the artwork in person ?

    Absolutely ! 


    Upon reaching step 3 of your order, in regards to the "delivery method", you can choose the "pick up yourself" method which allows you to either pick up the artwork directly in our showroom or have it picked up by the carrier of your choice (other than those offered by Art Traffik). In this case, you are responsible for shipping fees.


  • Can I change my mind after the artwork has been delivered ?

    But of course ! 

    For all purchases made on our website, and if you are a national of the European Economic Area (E.U, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein), you have 14 days from the delivery date to claim your right to cancel your order with Art Traffik, without justification or penalty fees, by sending us an email to [email protected].

    You will be given two possibilities:

    -a full reimbursed (excluding the shipping fees)

    -a credit voucher (including the shipping fees) valid for any purchase on our website. The return shipping fees, then, are free of charge.



    We strongly recommend that you keep the artwork's original packaging for return shipping purposes.



  • What is the estimated delivery time for my order paid in full ?

    Because we understand how impatient you may be to receive and finally display your artwork in the comforts of your home or office, we are committed to expediting your order within 7 working days maximum.


    Rest assured that we will do our best to minimize your waiting period !


  • How do I know that the artwork I'm buying is authentic?

    We have a very close relationship with our artists and we work directly with them, without intermediairies. In consequence, we retrieve the artworks directly from the artists.

    And an artwork that is purchased is always accompanied by its original and unique certificate of authenticity, hand-signed by the artist and by Art Traffik.


  • What is a certificate of authenticity ?

    A certificate of authenticity is a unique and original document, hand-signed by the artist and by Art Traffik.  It summarizes the description (title, year, technic, medium, dimensions...), along with a photograph of the artwork. 

    This document is handed over to you at time of purchase (after full payment) of the artwork, guaranteeing you its authenticity and acting as a deed.

    Keep it preciously !

  • Is it possible to be delivered to an address other than my home address?

    Certainly ! You may be delivered wherever you'd like.

    All you have to do is add an additional address in the "address" page of your order (remember to click on the "add this address" button, at the bottom left-hand side). Once you've completed this step, you'll just need to select the delivery address of your choice.

  • Who do I contact if I have a problem while navigating on your website ?

    The Art Traffik team is here to assist you and answer all your questions, at all times.  You may contact us, from Monday to Saturday, by :

  • I'd like to offer an artwork as a gift. Is this possible ?

    Of course it is ! What a great idea !

    No matter the occasion, as a single or group purchase, the gift of Art brings meaning and beauty and offers a lifetime memory. Because giving an artwork as a gift is, by its very nature, exceptional, we wish to make it effortless.

    We propose 3 possibilities:

    1) You wish to let the recipient choose the artwork he/she loves = The Art Traffik "Gift Voucher Pack" 

    Have delivered to you or to someone an elegant gift pack containing :

    • A gift voucher with the value of your choice (minimum value of 400 euros)
    • A free delivery slip
    • A personalized gift box
    • Our brochure explaining how to redeem the voucher and the different possibilities offered to the recipient

    2) You have made your choice; You know which artwork you wish to give = Once the purchase is complete, the artwork will be delivered directly to the address of your choice. 

    3) You know which artwork you wish to give, but you still have doubts = Art Traffik’s “Artwork Gift Pack”

    Have delivered to you or to someone an elegant gift pack containing :

    • a paper reproduction of the artwork, in A4 format
    • a presentation sheet of the artist and his/her artworks
    • an order form : either the purchase order of an artwork or the exchange for another artwork, for the same amount ; our brochure explains the steps to follow and the different possibilities offered to you.

    In any case:

    • The artwork specially gift wrapped
    • A customized and solicitous delivery to the address of your choice
    •  A 14-day return policy

  • How can I find out where my order is ?

    Once you've placed your order and proceeded with the payment, you'll receive a link, by email, which will allow you to follow the status of the shipment. 

    Remember to keep your order number. 

  • I have an artwork that I wish to resell. What should I do ?

    Because we all have the desire, at one point in our lives, to change our interior, the way our home is decorated or simply get rid of things for a number of reasons...

    Art Traffik doesn't repurchase artworks, strictly speaking, but is the very first to offer a service platform, entirely dedicated to the resale of artworks between individuals, absolutely free and without commission !

    If you wish to resell an artwork, nothing is simpler. Click on the "small ads" tab at the top of the home page. Fill out the form and provide a full description of the artwork. Once you're done, just click on the "save & publish" button, and there you go ! 

    Please keep in mind that Art Traffik will by no means interfere or intervene in your resale. Once your small ad is up, you are the sole interlocutor with the potential buyers.

  • Can I remove items from my shopping cart ?

    Items in your cart will remain there unless they are removed or until you complete the order. To remove items you don't want, you must do the following:

    1) Click the shopping cart icon from the main menu to view its content

    2) Click on the "x" to the right of the artwork's price and "delete?" will appear; you must click on it to confirm the deletion

  • Do I need to create an account to purchase ?

    We're happy to hear that you've found what you're looking for on the Art Traffik website !

    Yes, all users must create an account first, before purchasing an artwork on our site. Through your Art Traffik account, you'll be able to track your purchases, create virtual collections, follow artists, receive updates about new artists/new artworks, connect with other members of the Art Traffik community and much much more...

  • How do I create an Art Traffik account ?

    You wish to join the Art Traffik community ? Awesome !

    To create an account, you must go to the homepage menu and select the "sign in" button; the SIGN IN window will appear :

    • click on the "sign up" button at the bottom of the page; the "sign up" pop-up window will appear. Enter the required fields concerning your personal data and click on "sign up".
    • you may also create an account using the information on your Facebook profile. If so, click on the "sign up via Facebook" button and enter the information regarding your Facebook account.

    There you go, your account has now been created. Welcome to the world of Art Traffikers!

  • How do I find a specific artist or specific artwork on the Art Traffik website ?

    From the search box located at the top right side of the main menu, you can search for artworks using an artist's name or the title of an artwork :

    1) click on the "search..." box which will take you to the "find your happiness" box

    2) enter your search terms. For example, the artist's first and/ or last name

    You can refine your search by using the scroll down menu on this page, if you wish to see:

    • the artworks from the most recent to the oldest or vice versa
    • the artwork prices ranged from low to high or high to low

  • I am an artist and I wish to join the Art Traffik selection.

    Thank you for your interest in Art Traffik ! 

    To submit your application, kindly send us your resume, pictures and description (title, year, dimensions, technic, price) of your artworks, along with a text presenting your career. You can write to us at [email protected]


    We'll carefully review your application and get back to you within a week.


  • How do I delete my Art Traffik account ?

    We're sad to see you go...

    You may close your Art Traffik account and erase your personal data at any time. Simply send us an email to [email protected].

    Feel free to change your mind and join up with us again later.

  • I am reluctant to pay with my credit card. Are your transactions secure ?


    All payments are perfectly secure on the website

    Payments by credit/debit card are made directly with a secured online payment provider, therefore, Art Traffik does not have access to the data relating to your means of payment.

    You may safely place an order on our website by credit/debit card, money transfer or PayPal !
