This mandala is made of the fauna and flora of Bohol, a wonderful island in the Philippines that is home to the Philippines tarsier, the rainbow king-fisher, calamansi fruit and mangos among countless other wonders. Some are endemic to the island making the mandala a true fingerprint, or ID card of the Bohol. Mandalas are meditation aid, they open us up to higher levels of consciousness and invite to a meditation on nature
