Privacy policy and personal data

This policy establishes and informs you of the manner with which ART TRAFFIK uses and protects the personal data that is entrusted, if applicable, when accessing and browsing the website accessible from the URL address art-traffik.com, hereafter the "Site".

Be advised that this data protection policy may be amended or supplemented, at any time, by ART TRAFFIK, in order to comply with any evolution pertaining to jurisprudential or technological laws and legislation. In such an event, the updated version will be clearly notified by updating the effective date at the top of the policy. ART TRAFFIK may process your personal information:

ART TRAFFIK is the sole recipient of your personal information. Whether individual or aggregated, your personal information is never disclosed to third parties, notwithstanding the subcontractor engaged by ART TRAFFIK (more information is available under section 7 stated below). Neither ART TRAFFIK nor the subcontractor shall market the personal information of its Site's users and visitors.

ART TRAFFIK is entitled to oppose any requests that are clearly abusive (because of their excessive number or of their repetitive or systematic nature.)

Right to data rectification

Under this right, legislation entitles you the right to rectify, update, block or erase any data concerning you which may prove to be inaccurate, erratic, incomplete or obsolete.

You may also define corporate and general guidelines regarding the fate of your personal information, after your death. The heirs of the deceased may request that the death be taken into consideration and/or proceed with necessary updates.

6. Response times

ART TRAFFIK is committed to replying to your request for access, rectification, opposition or any other inquiry, within one month following the date on which the request for information is received.

7.  Authorized providers and transfer to third countries within the European Union

ART TRAFFIK calls on service providers to facilitate the collecting and processing of the data you submit.  Moreover, no data communicated shall be transferred outside the European Union.

ART TRAFFIK uses a web host:  "OVH", and calls upon a Web developer: "Yabawt". ART TRAFFIK ensured itself beforehand that these providers implement adequate safeguards and respect strict policies in matters of confidentiality, and the use and protection of data.

8. Appeal to a competent authority
